Yesterday's Formula One race at Montreal, Canada was spectacular to watch from start to the chequered flag. It kept on getting exciting as the race progressed. The Safety Car had to come out 5 times bcoz of accidents, Massa and Fischella both got black flagged (disqualified) and Kubica met with the worst accident imaginable - luckily he escaped with only a broken leg. At the end of the race there were only 12 cars left on the track. The final winner of the Montreal Grand Prix Race was Lewis Hamilton, a 22 year old kid, his first win in his debut season.
The one who inspired me the most was the third place winner, Alexander Wurz. This Austrian dude had been sidelined for the past 7 years as a test driver for different F1 teams. He hung in there till he finally got selected as the 2007 driver for Williams team. Yesterday his one pit-stop strategy worked and he was able to finish third. I guess if you believe in yourself and be patient for some time, the rewards will come to you :)
